Iltarastit Luukki #4. Nice but tough terrain, especially with some snow left in the forest. Orienteered quite well but took it physically fairly gently. Just started my 3-day fast today and feeling therefore a bit dizzy during the warm up. However, I forgot my hunger as soon as I started to orienteer and it was only afterwards when I realised how hungry I was. Very near quitting the fast already. Results:
