Wanted to do a bit of fast running, but still don't feel ready for a real workout, so did 3x400m at a pace slightly slower than interval pace. I did the first two while looking at a Lunsen map, and then drawing the controls on a blank map during the rests. It definitely slowed me down to look down, which was part of the point (kept me from going too fast). I did the third one without looking at a map, so it was faster.
