I feel bad about not going on a run but I'm feeling pretty crap today, I've got an annoying cough, probably from overexerting myself and the fact that the AC vent is right above my bed, and the headache isn't great either. Besides, I'm going on a hike tomorrow which is hopefully a good enough replacement. I'll try to do some core later to at least to something today. I need to be alright for the weekend cuz I'm going on a hike tomorrow and then on Sunday I'm going canoeing, so that would be pretty bad to be sick during, so I'm hoping I'll feel better tomorrow.
