A shorter speed session today as most of my recent speed sessions have been longer.
The Collingwood track was a nice venue for some 400s.
I took a while to warm up, but by the second lap I was running consistant 75s laps.
80, 75, 75, 75, 75, 74, 75, 74, 75, 69
End HR 155 for first, increasing to 172 on 10th. Dropping to 110 after about 1 minute.
