Control placement for Mt Tarrengower State Series event.
57 x 300m intervals with equal rest in between while carrying rediculously heavy steel stands.
Approx 2hrs running + 2hrs standing still at the sites placing the stand and hanging the flags.

Also used up a lot of nervous energy watching the footy at the Kangaroo Hotel in Maldon with Dion, Carl, Nicola, Tash and Warren. I tried to help the Crows over the line, but without our 2 ruckmen, the Eagles midfield were too good.

MFR Monday night run at Nicola's.
Ran with Nicola, Tash, Blair, Anna, Stuart, Ilka, Jasmine & Zoe. Easy pace and felt good for most of the run.

Long hilly run through Kew and Yarra Bend park.
Magnificent morning for a run. Cool and sunny. A little sluggish to start but got better.
