Today, I officially begin my rehab program, which consisted of:
[Twice daily]
3 x 10 isometric glute squeeze flat
3 x 10 isometric glute squeeze 30 degrees
3 x 10 isometric glute squeeze 60 degrees
3 x 10 isometric glute squeeze 80 degrees
3 x 10 sec isometric hamstring hold (leg at 30 degrees)
3 x wall sit to fatigue
3 x single leg balance to fatigue
3 x 10 double heel raise
3 x 10 squats to 30 degrees
cobra pose, no hands
single leg squats on good leg
3 x 30 sec. bar hangs
arm sequence with dumbells
