ski-mountaineering. up to ruten. fun :) plus twice a a slope up again to ski down again :) we were out the whole day. got even a sunburn. sweeet!

sprintrelay. got to know i had no team when i came to the "arena" but asked if i could just run the start instead - which worked. no warm up and after some 200m a branch hit me exactly on the right eye - quite painful. guess i lost about 30s and the motivation. jogged through it.

i start to believe that i am quite fit after all!? but i had one really bad routchoice costing about 30 - 40 seconds. havent seen splits yet. and maybe 2 times 5s miss in the forest. about 1:45 behind the winner.
