Ride from Craigie to Cott via Fremantle loop, then a break at john street to meet up with dad and Erin.

Recovery pace most of the way home. Then i started to panic about getting too sunburnt so i upped the pace from north beach. I tried to emphasise to dad that we need to get up an hour earlier at 5.30am now that daylight saving doesn't exist anymore. After all, he voted against it, he shouldn't get the right to sleep in til 6.30am.

On the positive side, this is the first week that i've clocked over 200km on the bike.

Run from work around Lake monger, plus a 10 minute break at a mate's house. Then another lap around the lake, then back into work to pick up my gear and sprint to the train.
