Friday shenanigans. A little bit rainy, a little bit humid. Shifting the long run to Friday so I can take my girls to the train station tomorrow morning, and splitting it in half because I didn’t want to get up at 4am.

The second half. Wetter than the first. Lots of puddles and a bit muddy and slippery in a few places. Legs felt surprisingly good. Only issue was with my guts about 15km in, mostly resolved with a toilet stop shortly after.

Feel much better than I expect I would have if I tried to do that all at once.
