Morning run! Beautiful sunrise! And nearly light out at 7am, at least light enough to go counter-clockwise on this loop without a headlight!

12 min core, at the end of which I remembered it was Zumba day and maybe I didn't need to do core...

Back to Zumba!! Crowded times! And forgot my shoes, so was barefoot which makes blisters happen, I mean toughens my feet... So great to be back at it being a total goofmuppet aerobics-dancing!

And, we used mini-weights for one of the songs, got the arms better than ever before, holy moly!
