First weekend without training since Oz, weird. Good day spectating at the marathon though, first time I've watched it live, and incredible to see the elites and old boys, and everyone in between, getting round 26.2 miles.

Ow. Saw physio, ITB massage & some acupuncture, back again on Monday for more of the same, no running for a week but should be good to go again next weekend. Frustrating, but he seems quite happy that I can get some quick fixes to get me to Copenhagen and longer term solutions too.

My right foot is flat compared to my left, I'm less flexible around the right hip too, so tighter ITB pulling knee cap out of place = pain during/after running.

60/180 reps, 60 off inbetween, going strong but faded a little on the last couple which coincided with a decent climb. Also slippy as hell in places, mud & road-x's not a great combo.

Around 300-330m on the 60s, 800-940m on the 180s.
