Run down to the beach

Water running out and back, as it is reasonably shallow until the end of the pier.

Hard work, tired really quickly, water warmer but not as clear as Monday.

Eventually took the plunge into the rather chilly water, then out and back to the island. Lovely.

Might try and get another swim in the sea at home to get some practice in for holidays and Oz.
