5:26 shins/calves started to hurt so ran on grass
5:32 still running on grass...
5:13 decided to push it more
Tempo run, 5 times approx 1.2 km with about 1 min rest in between each

stretching... stomach felt kinda funny for awhile after workout...

Stretching, then several loops of going through strings, up and down stairs, and silly walks ect. Then more stretching, and of course squats!
