That was rough after two weeks off. Arms were pretty damn dead
1 set 2 chin ups, then singles up to 10
4 sets 7 push ups (even that felt hard)
2 sets 5 negative chin ups
3 sets 10 double leg raises (supporting body with push)
3 sets 3 chin ups with green band and red band, plus 1 with red, and a set or so with just the green
3 sets horizontal pulls - 8ish, 7ish, 8ish - dead
Thought of doing more but decided my body needed to leave it there
