Run up to the top, across and then straight down. then some dynamic strtches at the bottom.

ran with rosey, came 6th because matt came past me at the end to beat us by a few seconds

Orienteering race (Peter Palmer leg 4) 21:34 [3] *** 3.3 km (6:32 / km)

was handing over to in 2nd, but 1st place was only just ahead and they went 90 degrees wrong before the start kite. OD caught up a little bit of time on me, but i still finished about 6 minutes ahead.
MDOC finished 2nd overall
