Just had a cramp in my right hamstring while sitting at my desk!!! Just moved the leg and next thing I knew I was in pain, maybe it's telling me that it's not liking this inactivity.

Plan on going on the turbo trainer this evening for maximum of an hour, will see how things go. Think i'll read a book rather than watch movie as will not be able to push as hard reading. Chest feeling better but should be about right by tomorrow. Will cycle again tomorrow, circuits on Wednesday, head to Glanageenty running Thursday, and bike on Friday. Weekend will be all orienteering stuff, might train Saturday morning with CorkO, then spend the afternoon putting out controls.

Glad to finally be back doing something, not much I know, but something. HR didn't react so that's positive and chest wasn't really used at all. Read my book the entire time but kinda ran out of pages at the end so called it a day. Will do more tomorrow, and maybe even try it outdoors.
