S-Rainforest - 11:02 Some bits felt not too bad but really really slow to start. I may have to relent and find my puffer (to avert the puffing)

Long legs hit us as soon as I picked up the map. Struggle street right then and there. Liked the bit after we got over the highway and rail tracks - glad I picked the route I did. Not much nav required just persistence.
Helped 2 newcomers - they loved it and hope to see them again next week.

Raining so no outdoors for us today. Tough class which was super enjoyable. Tried to do the alternate for burpees but will need to work on it - and I've found myself a new challenge. It seems that if I use my hands to get up from a sitting position I am much faster and better by putting them on my left side rather than my right. So I will work on being ambidexstrous!
