Note

Got out of a briefing with the BTO this evening. He hit on physical fitness as a big goal for the Corps. Realized once I get done with Buckner I really need to get to it both in terms of running and strength training. Is there somebody in DPE who can help with workout plans?

Bear Crawl to second phone pole on LZ Owl

Guerilla Drills

Sprint to road by CQC pit and back to LZ Owl Ramp

Repeat again.

Stretch and jog back to bays

1 minute on/1.5 minutes off

Then sprinted to end of parade field and back

Then repeated exercise doing of 10 of each before another set of sprints

Core 6:00 [5]

Six minute abs

Been climbing for the past week in New Hampshire. Won't log it but rest assured I was busy.

Haven't run in ages though. Feeling pretty bad about that.
