Note

Hernia. I have one.

After talking to my doctor and going over the ultrasound I had Friday I do have a small inguinal hernia on the right side. Hip mystery solved!

I have a consultation with a surgeon Wednesday as surgery is the only permanent fix for this kind of hernia.

Tried a new/longer route. Did the usual Discovery Park/Magnolia thing and then continued south on Aiirport Way past Seattle BMW/Honda/Phil Smart Mercedes into Georgetown and then up the Beacon Hill bike route. What a fun route!
