Out to the racine bike trail in the usual out 10 and back 10 min run.
It was 10 min warmup and actuall 11 min out and 11 back with 10 cool down.
I was a min. slower than when I was doing this with Wikner

2nd workout of the day and felling good!!!!!
Des Plaines river trail for the ride. Dusty, so bad I could not drink from my water bottle. Bike washes tomorow.
