re pullups. Conor has me do negatives once I've confronted failure. So go til you can't, then jump up and maintain the resistance on the let down for a few more. Make strong like bull.

Hydraulic lift? Actually, I saw some gadget in a gym that had a platform that lifted some of your weight while you did "pull ups". Or all of it I guess if you were supremely lazy.
You're right! It has a setting where it just goes up and down with you on it while you just count. This is good for the soul.
