Whoohoo, way to go Flight!!!!!! Those are strong watts! I found that when I reached the 4ish mark all of a sudden I could do big jumps with the right training. I bet you will be there very soon! It will be an interesting season for you. Some wins on the agenda perhaps :)

I'm shooting for the National TT title Carbon.
I just did the math and the elevation adjusted pace to beat was 1:24/km so about 43km/hr on flat.
My windy 30k almost flat last year had me at 38.3 so I'm looking for a 5km/hr gain.
totally do able.

Nice targets :). Yes, that should be possible, just takes work and that's exactly what you are doing :)
