that must be why I crashed and slept most of visiting time.

Guessing the visitors were doing their best to be boring and not cause too much excitement?

Sometimes I am called upon to supply some excitement - when the "Vulture" from ICU is saying things like..."your blood pressure is worryingly low. Think we'll take you upstairs". That alone is usually enough for the BP to get over the magic number.
