Hi Matt, yeah he's quick alright. I'm no Carsten but I wasn't mucking around either and he was pipping me nearly every leg. So... he's a former orienteer then? Hopefully will meet him proper one day.

Yep, pity you weren't there. Getting a few more in the field now and good to keep each other honest. The middle was tricky af and was anyones race really - an exercise in damage control. So, while I didn't feel like my run deserved a win, noone else went too well either.

no a recent recruit like me i think. Auckland next year should be fun. hopefully nathan shows up again and darren ashmore can give us all a towling. Matt Scott might even realise he's 48 and the real competition is with the old men.

If we had Nathan, Darren, Carsten, ACW, Mark Lawson, Matt Scott, and a few young-uns like Chris, Aaron, Karl, Neil, Brent, Jamie, Greg etc.... that would be a grade alright. Though, to be fair, there should be a handicap based on how many kids you have ;)

I'd prefer 10 year age groups and take my beatings in a large field. Way more fun.
