Discussion: Purgatory

I was talking to my friend in Durango this morning. He mentioned that Purgatory was open this weekend. He wasn't going. He said he was actually tired of skiing this season.

I pulled up the Purgatory webcam and it didn't look like great skiing.

Even if it is true that another day of skiing isn't needed, one should never risk offending the snow gods by saying it, much less thinking it.

Both of you make good points. I can't get enough (and never upset the gods), but I'm thinking the conditions will be poor and Purg involves loads of traversing. Not much descending. So na!
