Yeah, last year was not your day. I can't believe that was already a year ago. At that time I was already orienteering a bunch and felt really confident, this year is so different.
Anyway, it's awesome that you can orienteer at a fast pace now. I am certain your achilles just needs to get used to it again. I had to give my achilles some time after my ankle injury, lots of stretching, but also using it as well.
