the thoughts on ROC (not the old age stuff).

We are very lucky in Hamilton to be only 2.5 hours from ROC O and ski-O events and this was among their best yet - although those (ultra) long US Champs at Letchworth many years ago were pretty sweet too.

Back in the day, the extra long GREEN course was about 7.5 km... nowadays that's how long the Brown course is. I remember enjoying the Letchworth meet too. Rochester does a fine job and I enjoyed the weekend.
