Seriously, Sandy, it probably is muscle the way you've been training! And anyway, you're about to take on a real endurance event so this would not have been the time to limit your calories.

Have an absolutely wonderful trip - very excited for you! You've probably done more to prepare for this than the vast majority that attempt it, so enjoy it and the best of luck!
