ah my first day of running training it was so hot and im so dead
one lap jog, then half lap strides half lap jog
then some star jumps situps push ups and something i dont kno the name of
then lunges sprints and more striding stuff
warm down jogging lap

aaaargh my arms are soooo sore!!! :( we did these exercises with really heavy weights on a gym ball where you lift the weight over your head- my arms were shaking so much it was hilarious
