same boring stuff again, concentrated more on short hill intervals finishing off with an endurance sprint. All under 90% max. Not feeling strong or fast atm.

Friday May 26 #

various intervals. didn't really get into it due to tiredness but at least I did something. Avoiding running atm so can hopefully do rogaine without pain.

Usual rehab also.

quite a few hills.

Achilles took a turn for the worse so did spin instead of planned run :(

15 mins shorter than usual but better late than never. Punishment was having no warm up and trying to rip straight into it
R Achilles shitty as usual after yesterday, bearable not extreme.
