An der Uni auf dem aufgewärmten, schneefreien 400-m-Streifen mit Abzweigen.
Erst 4 x mit allen Abzweigungen inklusive Treppen hoch und runter und einigen 180-Grad-Kehrtwenden. Dann noch 4 x geradeaus mit je 40 s Pause.
Hab mich gut gefühlt und konnte an Jonatan fast dranbleiben.

Alles was nicht der Streifen war, war sehr glatt...
