Not how I figured the week would work out when I signed up for the limitless challenge. First I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago and then I hurt my back last weekend putting the deck back together. I've basically spent the whole week just trying to be able to stand up straight again.
I was happy that I was able to walk yesterday, about 9 km, without any lingering issues, so decided today was my day to at least attempt to do something for this challenge.
Headed out to Chicopee to see how many hill repeats I could do. The goal was to at least achieve one level with the stretch goal if I could achieve the second level. After about 90 min I was starting to get sore in both the back and ankle. Decided not to risk making things worse as I'm finally just starting to get back, so stopped after I was sure I'd completed at least one level.
Still felt great to do at least something. Will try a short run either Monday or Tuesday depending on how I feel the rest of today.
