First time back at Chicopee to do hill repeats in a few years. For the first workout like this I was happy with how it felt. I was able to run about 2/3 of each repeat which is normal for early on. Cool this morning, but the sun felt warm at the top.

Aubrey's school choir had a performance in Victoria park tonight along with 5 other schools. On our way to the park you could tell she was really excited about the whole thing. It was pretty cool to see her getting excited about school activities.

Running long 2:50:50 [3]

Ran a loop at Hockley. Felt decent throughout considering how hilly it is and that this is my first longer run in warm weather. I never felt like I hit a wall, which I often do early in the season. I took the 900m shortcut so that my run wasn't to long, being careful to build slowly.
