Double Hockley Run.
Overall felt good through out. I was moving well even the last hour which was great.
Was just about to put my headphones in to start the run and a truck pulled up. Out hops Simpy and a truck full of ladies. They were about to start a loop, so I asked if I could run my first loop with them and off we went. 2 of the ladies were running the Oil Creek 100 mile in 2 weeks. Fun time throughout, although it was pretty cold (2C) at the start.

Back on the bike this morning in the basement. A bit of a warm up and then 2 20 min sessions with the HR up above 150. Watched the NatGeo documentary on the Breaking2 project.

I woke up not feeling like climbing hills at Chicopee or running with my heavy pack. I just felt like going for a run, so ... that's what I did. Ran the path beside the Grand River down past Victoria Ave and back home.
