Aubrey was up sick all night, so my morning run included to run into work to pick a few things up and then continue on to the local park to run the trail.

A truly creative day.

Run home from work, drop off my work backpack and pick up another one. Run to Aubrey's school and pick her up, then run to the local swimming pool for her lessons, then run home. Felt good to make it all work out.
