Stuff at PT. Didn't do too much active stuff. Single-leg balancing without a shoe had pain, slightly different heel location than normal. The most foot-intensive thing I did was something with my heel hanging off the foam pad, fingers crossed no pain tomorrow!
The PT found a few knots in my calf and said they could cause foot problems even if I had good overall flexibility in my achilles/calf, and that I can foam roll them.
