Edinburgh Parkrun

I've done enough Parkruns at Edinbrugh to know how to pace them but Matt Leitch shot off clearly too fast and this affected me as sub consciously after 500m i thought maybe i wasn't running fast enough and picked up the pace to catch him. By 2km arms felt they had bags of flour strapped to them and then turned into the wind and it was a painful grind to the finish. Was worried Matt was actually gaining on me but he died even worse than me.
