Greco class. Lots of burpees once again. First time ever doing kettle bell swings. Clean and press on my left side is noticeably weaker than my right. Lots of other back exercises, which I'm sure I'll feel tomorrow.

Run with craig to drop off movie and run back. Legs felt really tired from class.

Run with my brother craig over into gatineau and back. Totally different out there compared to earlier in the week - more fall like. He did great, last time we ran together we just did 1min walk/1min run intervals. This time we did 5min run, 1min walk intervals and he was fine to keep the pace.

slacked off on running the past few weeks, back at it this morning and by far was hottest this summer. Started off doing 5min run 1 min walk intervals but at 35 min mark, had to walk for 5 min just to cool myself down. Next interval did a three min walk.
