Plod round the woods, knee still niggling away, think it's probs from the bike so gonna change my cleets to ones with more float. Probs not gonna cycle again before VK anyway so should give a bit of time to recover. Hammy fine tho

Scotly loop.
Niggles in right hip and knee still there but a lot better, and athsma still a little dodge but not to bad. Most importantly hammy felt fine.

Athsma a bit grim tonight, probs just from all the dust I inhaled while cleaning the garage at the weekend, improved throught so confident it will be fine.

Plod around the woods.
No pain on run from hammy, varius other pains tho including right hip and knee, just niggles I would imagine.
A bit of light pinging from the hammy after but not too bad.
Just going to be sensible and very slowly build up the running for the hammy, no doubt next week's VK will be too much for it but willing to make an exception for that.
