shakeout the dead legs and fatigue from all the 'incidental' non-running. wet, medium long grass, flat at lindenwood park (note to self:next time - francis).
roughly 600 out and back.

goofed around. nixed the 800 tt, or even the stout 800, in deference of sundays run. good to relax a little and hang out w the group.

did the 35 starting off slow behind two others, and swinging wide
in the last part of the curve to get past w hard acceleration. pretty sure I could run 33 maybe less- will keep trying!

sliding on wood floor, feet stay in contact all time. little or no knee or hip impact.

pretty much the same as elliptical in the gym maybe w a lesser strength component, but at least it doesnt require a trip to the gyms and involves forward movement and fresh morning air, w the windows open. time seems to go pretty fast, maybe I need to revisit this more often.

long way to garden. started to put some what looked like row cover fabric that some well meaning soul had left over the lettuce beds. Wasn't until I was itching all over that I realized it was probably made of fiberglass. into trash. beware of free stuff.

additional 5 jog R. So I wasn't expecting much from these, but the cool temps and the supercharged shoes must have kicked in. 3R between.
