First session of the day was quite tame, a nice game of monopoly to act as a warm up for the next session. Although we did land on the squats square a lot, I did about 240 in total but that doesn't hurt nearly as much as the jump lunges.

An hours break and straight into the 6th and final parkfit session of the week! James had promised us a tough one and he didn't let me down. We've had the big bad box in the past, this was the complete bastard of a box, 12 stations, where you do the first one, run around the outside of the box and then do the first two and so on. It was an absolute killer but a great end to the week, plus I was rewarded with a bottle of champagne, whoop whoop!

Must have been on an adrenaline high when I got home since I thought this would be a good idea, got about half way round and realised I was on for a pb so I pushed a bit harder, I'm now utterly wrecked....

Unintentional rest day, combination of feeling like crap and a door bell that was going off every 90s, so had to wait for the electrion to come and fix it.

4 down 2 to go! Tonights was tough but mainly because I'm tired rather than it being super tough, but I think James is leaving the worst session til last. Will try to go for a run tomorrow to loosen off the legs and remind them what running more than 300m at any one time is like.

Jogging round putting controls out for tonight's WEST, time includes stopping and putting the strops on, so was prob only running for about 12 mins

Parkfit day 3, thankfully there were some newbies tonight so James took it easy on us, we played snakes and ladders and 52 card pick up, the girls lost snakes but won with the cards, which is when my legs finally woke up and stopped hurting. Unfortunately James has warned me that tomorrow is gonna be super tough, I'm a little bit scared!

240 jump lunges later, and I remembered why I don't go green 2 nights in a row, I think I managed to jump about 180 of them and just had to normal lunge the rest. One big circuit we did 4 times, the rest was manageable,but I dread to thin how many I will have to do tomorrow.

I stupidly agreed to take on the 6 sessions in a week challenge, and James has decided to make me hurt! The session I inflicted on him came back to bite me on the ass, 160 jump lunges, 60 jump squats, 40 mountain climbers and 20 burpees just to start things off! Tomorrows gonna be a killer.....
