Preactive + Lunges (9)
Long Run.

Ran out around the father-in-laws on 20th side road. Visited the Tree farm for a while and run down a couple of side runs. This was a solid run. Some muscle soreness in the Glutes and upper hamstrings, but I that has more to do with the leg workout yesterday.

Apparently this week is recovery? Oh well.

Hard some solid swimming today, and I think im getting quicker. Deepwater run was pretty relaxing and my legs feel a little loosened up.
