Running with Jan from the clubhouse to Skärfälten and then back to Blodan. A good bit of snow still in the forest, but it's soft and mushy and on its way out. The trails were very icy, though.
Orienteering 25:23 [3] 3.0 km (8:28 / km)

At Skärfälten (the other side of the Enköping road from Nåsten), we did an orienteering course at a slightly higher tempo. Pretty trashy woods made it difficulty to keep a good flow, but a couple of places were very nice and featured awesomely huge boulders.
