SIS at VU Edgewater. Really fun map and course. For the first time in a while I actually felt like I was running fast and orienteering pretty much at my best so that was a really nice feeling to have again.

Had a bit of a look at some of the training maps for jwoc and it made me think I probably need to get into doing a bit more hills work (plus the polkadot jersey's probably my best shot in SIS). Did 5x7min reps up over the top of Eaglemont which included some solid climbs. Pretty happy with how I felt strong throughout the session and my times were pretty consistent.
