3*1mile then a couple of shorter, faster reps. Both a bit under 1k I think.
Miles were 5:40, 5:32 (bit short I think), 5:38. Feeling alright. Aiming to keep these sessions reasonably steady as the volume builds so was aiming for 5:40 pace or thereabouts. Dodgy stomach during mile 3 so long break after that for bathroom break.
