running 50:00 [2]

Easy run around vaxjo before breakfast. Garmin charger is broken, meaning my watch won’t charge, so I just know the time roughly.

Easy run along the beach from my aunt and uncles house.
JWOC’s done, so I plan on taking a couple month break from doing training. Overall a pretty good end to being a junior, I just wish it hadn’t taken 4 years to start putting decent races together. Anyway, I’ll probably just be orienteering and running whenever I feel like it in the immediate future.

Middle A-final. Happy with the run, even if I made a 2 minute mistake at 4. The French guy behind me, caught be there so I with him pretty much the rest of the run.

I stayed in front of him up until 10, however I wasn’t as straight as ideal on number 11, so he just passed me taking the trail route. He hooked number 12 though, so I passed him in the circle. From the spectator control on it was just a physical struggle and he ended up dropping me on the last couple legs.
