Running 1:25:00 [3]

Brucie, Blackie, little Blackie and Botanic gdns. Feeling alright especially towards the end.
Now I'm off to the Scott 24hr... I hope I don't hurt myself to bad on any of my numerous predicted stacks!
Go Sub Plus!

Cycling race (MTB Scott 24hr) 39:00 [4]

Red Lap
First Scott loop. Went pretty hard and got through a bit of traffic.... Was going like a maniac down the hill, out of control really, then I hit dirt pretty hard! ouch Crash 1

Cycling race (MTB Scott 24hr) 1:34:00 [4]

Blue 37min Red 37min
Double night lap, Not a great ride. Wasn't nice riding at night on the blue course because I had never been on it before. Few corners got me by surprise. Past a few slowies then wrong line into corner and crash 2 resulted. Banged up the knees again.
Can't remember the red lap much... was pretty tired by that stage.

Cycling (Pete) 1:50:00 [3]

Dampness didn't ruin our spirits and got in a Pete... Hopefully just enough rain to wet the Mont track and avoid a dusty weekend.
Deli Marco was on the ball today! So much... I got another coffee I didn't think I wanted, until I saw it:o) Yum!
Leg was no problem at all... worth the rest!

Note
(injured) (rest day)

Got 2 minutes out the door on my way to tour de Gus before I had to turn around. Sore Quad just above right knee(feels like the tendon part). Seemed to come out of no where when I woke up. Hopefully should be alright with a bit of R&R!

Running 55:00 [3]

Gorgeous Morning up Ainslie, can't remember it being so awesome... Jules missed out by piking last minute, regular occurance for a early morning run, at least he had a decent excuse this time!

Running warm up/down 10:00 [2]

Orienteering race (Oceania Relay) 45:00 [5]

44'14 1st Leg
1min down on Matty Parton and 4 down on quickest Jules.
I was just keen to stay with the pack and avoid losing time. All went pretty smoothly until we got into the vague part of the course and I started hesitating a lot. Matty P slowly got away and then I went wide on the next and Ecmo got a gap. The dirty Kiwi tactics last night involving Sambuca meant I didn't have the stomach to bridge the gap.
Simos ripper run got us into 3rd!
