60' Easy + 6 x SOs. Felt better than yesterday but still a bit stiff and heavy legged. Slow going on the snow but nice and soft.

60' Moderate + 10 x Speed Variations. Felt pretty fatigued throughout and didn't have much to give during the speed variations.

60' Easy. Legs pretty stiff from the off but better at the end. Conditions outside truly evil - heavy sleet turning to snow with winds and a very damp feeling. Was feeling pretty virtuous in my gore-tex until I saw some a guy doing efforts in a thin top and no gloves. Beast.

What a fucking disaster.

Lost the capacity to run at any sort of a useful pace after about 6km. The last 10km were about as much fun as watching my grandmother die. I can't wait for Sunday.
