Easy running with club. I was on the helpers rota, which suited whilst taking it easy. Went well, feel improvement in hip flexor. Just stopped at 40 mins, not to push it too much.

Legs felt a bit more tired tonight. Left hip flexor was a bit tight and niggly. Improved a bit as the run went on. Stretched well half through and afterwards.

I was looking forward to this one, given that the week was easy. Undulating road run and felt great. On a gradual downhill sub 6 mins felt relaxed. Always had a few gears left.
