Took the win at the Loch Eilde Mòr trail race which was cool. On my own for all of ti apart from the first 2k with Ben Mounsey who won the 18k. Shoe got stuck in a really muddy bit but mostly really nice trails and class views. Really enjoyed it

Up the Ring of Steall route in the early morning sunshine. Pretty magic. Headed down and piped for 1000 runners after. Would love to do it next year

Up at skyline in kinlochleven as part of the event team (mainly piping) and was lucky enough to get out on the VK way marking team for today. Walked up the mad route poking sticks in the ground with two guys Gary Tomplett and Paul Aitkin then me an Paul went onto the summit and emerged out of the clouds, which was crazy. Best Munro view I’ll probably ever get and first time seeing an inversion. Gave the legs a bit of a run out with Paul along the 5k route on our way down. Some day

Brackley + with Alfie and Calum. Nice route but was first time we done it so got lost coming back down into Ardrishaig. Ended up at the end of the canal with 25 minutes til lunch which me and Alfie were doing the line for (get a free lunch) so had to take one for the team and raz back at 3.40s for 15 minutes to make it back in time for shower and free food. Nipples got chafed a belter, first time I’ve experienced it and it’s still killing me

With Alfie and Calum up the back of Kilmory. Forgot to bring a top so had to sneak out of school shirtless and then was freezing for the run even though it was sunny. The dream veggie lasagne for lunch afterwards and a double pudding and custard. Eat lots of food everyone it’s good for u
