Red course at Cherry Creek, 7.3km straight line. Except for #1, a good run, but my fitness is a touch week, but surprised its not worse. I just couldn't get connected to the map going to number 1 so, I was running around like a chicken with its head cutoff, but after that, it was all good, just getting off course a touch here and there. #15 was set on the north side of the marsh, not on the west as shown on the map., I suspect #16 was set south of where it was indicated on the map based on GPS track. Interesting things seen on the run was a pair of mule deer going to 14, a coyote fairly close going to 15, and a rather large man wearing only a thong face down on the beach going to the finish. Took the win despite the troubles with #1. A fun day for sure and hit a new confirmed max HR for the last 10 years or so: 190, which I've been assuming is my true max HR. Afterwards, got pizza at Swampfox's favorite place: Proto's.

Running club, greeley west track, 4x4:50 handicap. Took it easy as I hardly trained in the last two week as work as been much too busy. Ended workout strong. Times, distances, and paces were 4:45, 44, 44, 39, 37; .75, .74, .77, .76, .78; 6:35, 24, 11, 08, 5:57.
