Note

In fact, fire off the volume klaxon, we're on a 100k rolling. Haven't done that in a while. Might need to simmer down a touch. I know fine well that this way injury lies if I'm not careful

Probably on balance gotta call this one a run, but punctuated by some good Sidge training loops courtesy of Mr Tonge. Easy miles with Pete first, some breeze to be shot, then o-loops included a flow course done as one glance per leg, a barriers course which I tried to take at 80-90% effort, and then an absolute banter training with four (4) map flips. Very cursed stuff, but it is spooky season so I'll allow it. Home alone.

Suddenly the weeks mileage is looking like it might get rather large. Legs feel grand though so will run somewhat to feel.
