Sick. Caught a cold. Sneezing and unhappy all day. Well enough to work, but not well enough to workout. Finally took a Motrin @ 4pm.

P's note:

do the 200s this week (tomorrow)

10x200 in 45 sec tomorrow, plus a mile warm up and 2 mile warm down


Do an easy 4 Thurs and Sat and 7 Sun, again at 9 min pace, except for the first mile
